Coming Soon: The Fifth Annual Art of Taste Food and Wine Festival

The Resort at Pedregal team is eagerly anticipating our fifth annual The Art of Taste Food and Wine Festival, an exclusive culinary event at our elegant property in Los Cabos, taking place from October 26 to October 30, 2016. Located on a secluded enclave along the tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, our breathtaking resort is the perfect setting for another unforgettable food and wine festival, hosted this year by award-winning journalist Janice Wald Henderson.

The Food and Wine Festival will have a Dia de los Muertos theme; the upcoming four-day schedule will feature cooking classes, meal receptions, live music and dancing, and other activities. Mingle with like-minded guests while you receive guidance from some of the most respected members of the culinary community. Renowned chefs, sommeliers, and spirits experts from around the world will join us in the classroom and offer their expertise in the masterful preparation of several delicious dishes throughout the course of the event.

Alongside our new Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet, the festival will feature visiting chefs from a variety of backgrounds, including Sonya Coté of Hillside Farmacy, Eden East, and Coté Catering in Austin; Richard Reddington of Redd and Redd Wood in Napa Valley; and Dakota Weiss of Estrella and Sweetfin Poke in Los Angeles. In addition, the incredible lineup will also include insights from Master Sommelier Emily Wines, Mixologist Ulysses Vidal, and other accomplished wine and spirit professionals.
