Try two sets of the following repetitions for an elite beach body weight workout:

Side and front planks. Plank for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 4 times.
Lateral squats. Squat 50 times, rest 10 seconds. Repeat 4 times.
Squat jumps. 25 jump squats. Repeat 4 times.
Forward lunges. 50 forward lunges (25 each leg). Repeat 4 times.
Pushups. 15 pushups. Rest 10 seconds. Repeat 4 times.
