Countdown: 1 day to re-opening The Resort at Pedregal
On Saturday, January 31, 2015, The Resort at Pedregal re-opens! We’ll be sure and share the excitement with you, and our staff is planning some amazing events and activities to welcome back our guests. While you will see ALL your favorite team members, we do have a few new Executive Team members to introduce you to.
With an international background, Food & Beverage Director Carlos de la Barra is a seasoned veteran in the hotel industry. His extensive food & beverage management experience spans globally across several luxury properties. He joins the highly acclaimed culinary team at The Resort at Pedregal from the Bulgari Hotels & Resort Bali, where he most recently served as Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage.
Newly appointed Resort Manager Fernando Flores brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience to The Resort at Pedregal. Since joining the team in 2008 as Food & Beverage Assistant, he has quickly excelled through the ranks, holding various positions including Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Rooms. His breadth of experience and familiarity with The Resort at Pedregal will allow him to continue enhancing the property’s undisputed benchmark for providing the very finest in luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Director of Finance Jose Luis Flores brings extensive financial experience along with a background in hospitality to his role as Director of Finance at The Resort at Pedregal. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, Flores comes to the ultra-luxe property from the Viceroy Anguilla where he served as Director of Finance. Prior to that, he was the Director of Finance at The Setai, South Beach in Miami Beach.
