Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal’s very own Chef Gustavo Pinet will be bringing his 20-plus years of expertise in Mexican cuisine to this special event slated for July 4. As our Executive Chef, Chef Pinet oversees menu development and creativity for the resort’s culinary destinations, including Don Manuel’s, El Farallon, Crudo, and the Beach Club. A native of Mexico City, Chef Pinet has developed a cooking style that incorporates influences and flavors from all over Mexico, complemented with classic techniques and inspirations from his international travels. Prior to joining our team, Chef Pinet served as Executive Sous Chef at Las Ventanas al Paraiso, in San Jose del Cabo, and Executive Chef at Guadalajara Country Club in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Chef Pinet earned a Bachelor in Gastronomy from the Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana.
