Chef Enrique Casarrubias

Since his childhood, Chef Enrique Casarrubias has been passionate about good food and flavors. With his first restaurant in Paris, Enrique stands out among other culinary stars for his brilliant approach to weaving Mexican flavors with Parisian tastes. The perfect addition to our ‘Festival of Flavors’, his flavorful technique highlights the history and diversity of Mexican gastronomy. Utilizing cooking as a way to express, have fun, and give pleasure to others, Enrique’s cuisine is lively and colorful—perfectly blending French and Mexican dishes. An intangible heritage and cuisine of memories, guests will experience surprising seasoning, elevated use of ingredients in their entirety, and a menu focused on the autumn season. From octopus and other signature South American-inspired dishes to avocado used in all forms for dessert, from mousse and powder to charcoal, alongside flavors of lime and Mezcal, attendees will be taken on a true journey of flavor, this November 9-12th.
