Building on a Legacy of Memories

Waldorf Astoria’s debut property in Mexico will be refined over the next several weeks evolving its culinary offerings throughout the property.  The highly anticipated agave experience will feature the five spirits made from the agave plant paired with savory accompaniments rooted in the regions and traditions where agave spirits are distilled.   Our agave expert, David Hernandez is spending this time with the guardians of the harvesting and distillation process to be able to share that knowledge with our guests starting in October.  Additionally, the resort will debut a reduced waste coffee experience highlighting the traditional brewing techniques and coffee beans from the best suppliers in the region.    Finally, the resorts signature restaurant will be re-designed which will provide a closer connection to the ocean while highlighting the extensive wine collection developed by Wiine director Jhonatan Adame.

During the enhancement period El Farallon, Crudo Bar, Beach Club, and in-room dining will continue to provide food and beverage options to enjoy throughout our guest’s stay.  Dedicated to providing high-touch, personalized, and intuitive service alongside unprecedented luxury experiences, the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal’s refinement period will build upon the celebrated Pedregal legacy, inviting guests to Live Unforgettable and authentic moments for generations to come.  As it readies for the introduction of these new experiences, later this year, Waldorf Astoria Pedregal will remain open, inviting guests to Live Unforgettable.
