Set at a communal table overlooking the dramatic Pacific coastline, the journey begins with The Pedregal Collection—Prosecco, Cava, and Champagne—before discovering Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Taittinger Rosé, and Dom Pérignon.
Each pour is thoughtfully paired with small tasting bites of fresh oyster, shrimp, and tuna, alongside a trio of salts selected to complement and reveal the character of each wine.
