cultural wealth through its artful experience and thorough
exploration of agave spirits from tequila in Jalisco to mezcal in
Oaxaca, and every plant in the lands between.
Here, the focus is on provenance and ancient traditions which
pay homage to Mexico, the land and its purveyors and
guardians. The ROOTED IN TRADITION approach is earthy,
human, and agave-forward. This approach will feel hands-on,
