Gustavo Pinet has been Executive Chef of Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, the brand’s first resort in Mexico, since 2016 where he oversees all culinary operations for El Farallon, Don Manuel’s, The Beach Club, Crudo, weddings, and social events (including cooking classes), poolside dining and the resort’s in-room dining program.

Chef Manuel Huerta has been with Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal working in all culinary operations for over seven years and was recently appointed to Chef De Cuisine at the property’s Don Manuel restaurant. Born and raised in Guanajuato Mexico, Chef Huerta brings influences from León and his previous culinary experience at Grand Velas Riviera Maya to Don Manuel’s eclectic and seasonal menu.

As Wine Director at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal have meticulously curated a selection of over 500 wine labels from the world’s most established wine regions and now possesses one of the best champagne selections in Mexico as well as an exclusive selection of French wines. In addition to overseeing the wine program at the resort, Adame is also the curator of The Wine Cellar at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, which is home to the second-largest wine collection in all of Mexico.

As Executive Pastry Chef, Zabdi Nava brings more than 15 years of culinary and baking experience to the award-winning property.
