Annual Maintenance Period
Starting Tuesday, September 3rd, to the end of Wednesday, September 18th, 2024, we will begin our annual refinement period, affecting some of the services at the resort. The renovation noise is expected to impact the usual quiet ambiance of the resort from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. The renovation is not expected to affect the guest room experience.
Our award-winning Waldorf Astoria Spa will be temporarily moved to an alternate location inside the resort while we work on its original location. Waldorf Astoria Spa will continue to provide guests with a Forbes 5-Star experience rooted in Mexican traditions and aligned with the four phases of the moon and treatments inspired by the sea.
During this time, all our culinary offerings are available.
The lobby area will be portioned off from view to work on several walkways.
Our award-winning team members will continue to provide unforgettable positive memories during the refinement period.
